We liked the hotel, its marvellous location and kind staff. The room was clean, it had a spa bathtub, complimentary toiletries, and terry dressing gowns. The bedding and beds were good. The place had a special atmosphere. Stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to say goodbye.

Spa bath: The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa bath in the suite. It was like having our own little private oasis, with bubbling jets that relaxed our tired muscles. It felt like being in a luxurious hot spring, right in the heart of Paris.
Instructions: Confusing entry process.

The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The room decor matched the online pictures, reflecting the unique spa-like atmosphere of the hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions such as Notre Dame. The whirlpool in the room was a standout feature, providing a relaxing experience.
The room lacked proper ventilation, resulting in a steamy atmosphere when using the Jacuzzi. There was also a short power outage during our stay, causing complete darkness for a brief period.
